Mikael Palmer and his wife Lisa are the parents of baby Ally, who is affected with ARCI-CIE ichthyosis.  Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, the Palmer family is currently living in Los Angeles, California.  They wanted to host a fundraiser and create awareness about ichthyosis, but with family and friends spread around the world, it would have to be online.  Mikael created a GoFundMe page with a photo of Ally and shared their story.  The response was overwhelming, with the campaign being shared more than 500 times, and almost $6,000 was raised for FIRST.  We can’t thank the Palmer family enough for this amazing effort.
